Great little fountain pump!

This one replaces an identical unit that stopped working reliably after some grit got into it. I cleaned all around the impeller and got it working, but every morning it would be stuck after being off all night (running from solar panel only). Here’s hoping the new one has better luck under real world conditions.

Outstanding Warranty Support

POPOSOAP reached out on their own via email to see how my previous purchase was going. As it turns out, my system had stopped working a few days earlier so I shared that. They helped me diagnose, isolated it to the pump (vs batteries or solar panel or wiring) and then replaced the pump (1 year warranty) with urgency. Outstanding customer service!
