This solar water pump is highly praised for being "plug and play" and working great with 25-45W solar panels. Customers said it's easy to install and more powerful than expected. However, some experienced durability issues, with pumps lasting only 6 months due to grit/debris. Customers highlighted outstanding warranty support and service.
Works great
The pump is working great. Very happy with it. I use a 25 watt solar panel, with a backup battery.
I was replacing an old pump with this one on a water fixture that had been left out over the winter, works great,plug-n-plug-n-play....
I have several different Poposoap pumps for my water features outside. I love the sound of running water when I walk outside. The pumps are great! Poposoap has always taken care of me as a customer! Love them!
Plug and play. Works great!
It’s very easy to replace with my old water pump
This one replaces an identical unit that stopped working reliably after some grit got into it. I cleaned all around the impeller and got it working, but every morning it would be stuck after being off all night (running from solar panel only). Here’s hoping the new one has better luck under real world conditions.
POPOSOAP reached out on their own via email to see how my previous purchase was going. As it turns out, my system had stopped working a few days earlier so I shared that. They helped me diagnose, isolated it to the pump (vs batteries or solar panel or wiring) and then replaced the pump (1 year warranty) with urgency. Outstanding customer service!
First pump only lasted six months, hope this one lasts longer. Toddjlyons
