I have four of these pumps. They are very powerful and better made than the cheap bird bath pumps that clog on a daily basis
I bought this pump for a 260 gallon pond that is 48binches deep here in AZ for my 6 tilapia. Due to our weather, fish choices for outdoor fish are limited. Ma made my own filter using it as a base. It does a great job circulating the water and airadeing the water. The pump pushes the water to a waterfall. I wanted a dc pump because I run all my garden electric needs throw a 400 watt solar system with a 240 amp hour 12v battery pack.
