This is a nice waterfall pump. However, it is a pain trying to open it and reclose it to clean black filter. Wish someone could tell me how to make that easier.
Leaks had to use all 4 tubes of seal to stop the leakage
We had an issue with the first one. The package bottom had been ripped open and then retaped, and we received only parts of what was needed. Customer service was great, and with some photos provided, they sent us a new set. The setup per se is quite easy, but we wanted to integrate it into a more natural-looking pond, and it took us a bit to achieve that. I like that all parts are good quality, look and feel durable, and that it came with everything needed to get it going.
This is a high quality, well made waterfall pump. It's simple to set up and operate. It comes with everything you need. And it works flawlessly. I'd recommend it.
